EBCA is seeking an experienced Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant to support the design and implementation of M&E frameworks, indicator development, and evaluation studies for client assignments across the education and development sectors.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field - At least 3 years of relevant M&E consultancy experience - Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods - Experience with Results-Based Management (RBM) and Theory of Change approaches
